Dorms:

The Victoria Room is an all female dorm that has 4 twin beds. This room is located on the second floor of the main house and is near the second story porch full of rocking chairs. There are two windows and beautifully restored hardwood floor, the staff and guest kitchen are just down the stairs where you’ll also find two full bathrooms.

The Cyprus Room is an all female dorm that has an adjoining door to the Austria Room; both can be booked for larger groups or families. The Cyprus Room is located on the second floor of the middle house next to the kitchen and bathroom. There is a door that leads directly to the porch and is good for travelers who want a quiet place to stay.

The Taylor Room is an all male dorm that has 4 twin beds. This room is located on the second floor of the main house and is near the second story porch full of rocking chairs. There are two windows and beautifully restored hardwood floor, the staff and guest kitchen are just down the stairs where you’ll also find two full bathrooms.

The Cuba Room is an all male dorm and has an adjoining door to the Kenya Room; both can be booked for larger groups or families. The Cuba Room is located next to the kitchen and bathroom in the middle house and shares with only two other private rooms. The Cuba Room has access to the front porch where there are tables and chairs waiting to be sat in and enjoyed.

The Andrew Adams dorm is located on the bottom floor of the main house, right next to the guest kitchen, guest bathroom and vending machine. The Andrew Adams dorm is our only 8 person dorm room. It is a co-ed room that is perfect for groups or families. There are several windows and an antique fireplace and mantle as well as large lockers- please bring your own locks.

Private Rooms:

Front House

The Dylan Room has a double bed in it and is located on the second floor of the main house. It is next to the second story porch and down the stairs is the kitchen and bathroom. This private room has three windows and a beautiful hardwood floors, allowing for a lot of natural light.

The Carissa Room is room is located directly next to the second floor porch in the main house and has three windows and hard wood floors. There is a double bed, a futon couch and a scrabble night table. The kitchen and bathroom are located down the stairs from the Carissa Room.

The Luca Room has a double bed; this room is located on the second floor of the main house and has a fireplace mantel and a closet. With hardwood floors and one large window, the Luca Room is located near the second story porch and is just a staircase away from the kitchen and bathroom.

The Aimee Room has a double bed; this room is located on the second floor of the main house and has a fireplace mantel and a closet. With hardwood floors and one large window, the Aimee Room is located near the second story porch and is just a staircase away from the kitchen and bathroom.

Middle House

The Brazil Room has a queen size bed in it. The Room is located on the bottom floor of the middle house. The kitchen and bathroom are right next to it and is only shared with two other rooms. This room is very quiet and has access to the front porch through the kitchen.

The Kenya Room has two twin beds in it. The room is located on the bottom floor of the middle house. The Kenya Room has an adjoining door to the Cuba dorm room and can be booked for groups or families. The Kenya Room is directly off the porch and to get to the kitchen and bathroom, guests have to walk onto the porch to get there, but don't worry, it's just a few steps and quite a nice walk.

The Austria Room has two twin beds in it and is located on the second floor of the middle house. There is a kitchen and bathroom on this floor and is shared with only two other rooms. The Austria Room and the Cypress dorm room can be booked together and have an adjoining door. Otherwise, guests who stay in the Austria Room walk out onto the porch to get to the kitchen and bathroom.

The India Room has a queen size bed in it. It is located on the top floor of the middle house. The kitchen and bathroom are right next to it and is only shared with two other rooms. This room is very quiet and has access to the front porch through the kitchen.
